Shahid Jalal (born 1948) is a senior painter with paintings in the permanent collection of the National Gallery of Pakistan, the national Assembly, Prime Minister's House, World Bank, Foreign Office and Pakistan House, Delhi as well as other prominent public and private organizations. The artist held his first major exhibition in October 1980. To date, the artist has exhibited in Washington, Sotheby's London, Stockholm and Delhi Trinale. Shahid Jalal has participated in several solo and group shows across Pakistan and abroad
